Are you a New Patient? You can Pre-Register at our Patient Portal, securely upload all your information and request an appointment.

Are you an existing patient? You can be enabled to use the Patient Portal and access your own medical records from the comfort of your home. Please visit any of our offices and give us your secure e-mail. We will supply you with a temporary password to use on our patient portal, and you will be on your way to manage your own health information.

Our existing patients who have been enabled to use the Patient Portal can do even more.

Through the Patient Portal, you will be able to

ask questions of doctors, nurses, and staff members
request prescription refills and referrals
set up appointments
examine your current and past statements
… all from the comfort of your home, whenever it is convenient for you!

By using the Patient Portal you no longer have to call the office, leave a message, and wait for a response to get the results of your lab work; those results will be available to you on the Portal.  You no longer have to call with a question or concern; you can send a message to the office through the Portal and expect a prompt reply.
